Medical Equipment Worth 5.5 Million Afghanis Donated to Health Centres in Paktia Province

The donation was provided through financial support from UNICEF and implemented by the HealthNet organization. The donated items include oxygen cylinders, X-ray machines, operating room tables, winter blankets, and various other essential medical supplies aimed at strengthening healthcare services in the region.

Dr. Miraj Gul Adil, Director of Public Health in Paktia, described the equipment as vital for improving the quality of healthcare services. He urged healthcare workers to use the supplies effectively to ensure maximum benefit to the patients.

Meanwhile, Dr. Hafizullah Malang, the provincial representative of HealthNet, stated that the equipment would be distributed to health centers in the coming days. He added that the move would significantly enhance the availability of medical facilities across the province.
