At the graduation ceremony held on this occasion, Dr. Mohammad Qasim Adil, Dean of Ghazanfar Institute of Health Sciences under the Ministry of Public Health, Mawlawi Aminullah Sharif, Director of Public Health of Nangarhar Province, and a number of other officials attended.
