 د عامې روغتیا وزارت مالي او اداري مرستيال مولوي محمد اسحق صاحبزاده د افغان-جاپان تخصصي روغتون څخه لیدنه وکړه او په دغه روغتون کې یې د روغتیايي خدمتونو له وړاندې کولو څخه له نږدې وکتل.
 مالي او  اداري مرستیال لومړی په روغتون کې د کوویډ-۱۹ ناروغانو روغتیايي وضعیت و ارزوه او دغو ناروغانو ته یې د روغتیايي خدمتونو د وړاندې کولو ارزونه وکړه.
 مولوي  اسحاق صاحبزاده  د روغتيايي کارکوونکو د کار او هلو ځلو ستاينه وکړه او مسٶولينو ته يې لارښوونه وکړه چې په دغه روغتون کې د روغتيايي خدمتونو د وړاندې کولو او د ناروغانو د روغتيا په برخه کې هر راز هلې ځلې وکړي.
