Deputy Minister of Health Services Visits Herat’s 150-Bed Addiction Treatment Center and Pledges Support for Service Improvements

Herat, Afghanistan – Mawlawi Abdulwali Haqqani, the Deputy Minister of Health Services at the Ministry of Public Health, accompanied by his delegation, conducted an official visit to the 150-bed addiction treatment facility in Herat.
