Several Blankets and Tarpaulins Distributed to 655 Needy Mothers with Children in Nangarhar Province
With UNFPA financial support, several blankets and tarpaulins were provided to 655 needy mothers with children in Muhmand Dara District, Nangarhar Province.
The humanitarian aid was provided in coordination with Dr. Shah Mahmood Hijrat, the Health Officer of Muhmand Dara District at the Nangarhar Public Health Directorate, to protect mothers and children during winter and prevent seasonal diseases.
Officials from the Public Health Directorate emphasized that sustained assistance plays a vital role in improving the living conditions of mothers and children.
