Ministry of Public Health Launches Congo Disease Awareness Campaign in Kabul Districts 5 and 7

The Environmental Health Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health conducted a public awareness campaign in Districts 5 and 7 of Kabul Province to help prevent Congo disease.

The program, aimed at preventing Congo disease, involved distributing a large number of awareness posters to livestock traders and the public, as well as posting them in various locations.

The program also raised public awareness about preventing the disease from spreading through ticks and animals, the use of gloves when slaughtering animals, and other essential preventive measures.

Environmental Health officials say the aim of the program is to prevent the spread of Congo disease, protect people at risk, and reduce deaths caused by this serious disease.
