MoPH Deputy Minister for Health Services Inspects Health Facilities in Kunduz

During his visit to Kunduz Province, the Deputy Minister for Health Services of the Ministry of Public Health, Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani, visited and inspected several health facilities.

The Deputy Minister and his accompanying delegation, accompanied by Dr. Mohammadullah Hikmat, Director of Public Health of Kunduz Province, visited and inspected Kunduz Regional Hospital, the 50-bed hospital, Nikpai Comprehensive Health Center in Khanabad District, and Aq Tapi Comprehensive Health Center in Qala-i-Zal District.

During these visits, the Deputy Minister inspected various departments of the aforementioned health facilities, inquired about the condition of patients, and closely reviewed the provision of health services, the quality of care, the way patients are treated, and the process for addressing their concerns.

Mawlawi Abdul Wali Haqqani urged health officials and staff to treat patients and visitors with respect, promptly address their concerns and needs, and step up efforts to improve the quality of health services.

While expressing satisfaction with the quality of health services and appreciation for the efforts of health officials and staff, he stressed the need for sustained efforts to further improve the quality of health services and ensure the provision of quality healthcare to the people of Kunduz Province.
