Visit to Snow Pharma Factory to Support and Strengthen Domestic Production
The Minister of Public Health of the IEA, H.E. Mawlawi Noor Jalal Jalali, and Deputy Minister for Food and Drugs, Mawlawi Hamdullah Zahid, accompanied by a delegation, visited the Snow Pharma pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
The delegation visited various production units, quality control laboratories, and new production facilities. The factory’s management also briefed the MoPH leadership on its production capacity, pharmaceutical quality control measures, and plans for future expansion.
The Minister of Public Health and the accompanying delegation commended Snow Pharma’s production capacity and quality assurance processes, emphasizing that the quality of medicines must remain a priority throughout all stages of production. He also pledged full support for strengthening and expanding the domestic pharmaceutical industry.
It is worth noting that the MoPH is committed to supporting domestic production by fostering the growth and development of the local pharmaceutical industry and ensuring greater access to high-quality medicines produced domestically.
