This project will collect accurate and reliable data on the health, nutrition, maternal and child health services, vaccination, birth registration, and other social indicators of children under five, to support evidence-based policymaking and program decisions.

To ensure the effective implementation of the project, a joint committee will be established to prepare, coordinate, and monitor the implementation plan, while each partner agency will carry out its assigned activities according to its scope of work and technical responsibilities.

The meeting concluded with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and commitment to ensure the project’s successful implementation and achievement of its objectives.
