MoPH Signs USD 190,696 Agreement with AADA to Strengthen Nutrition Services in Kabul Province

The Ministry of Public Health signed a contract worth USD 190,696 with the Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) to strengthen and expand healthcare services for the residents of Kabul Province.

The contract was signed for a period of one year with the aim of improving the quality of healthcare services, increasing access to healthcare, and reducing the health problems of the population. Under this contract, nutritional services will be provided through 42 health centers to 96,937 children with acute malnutrition and breastfeeding mothers in the province, and employment opportunities in the health sector will be created for 47 individuals.

Representatives of the AADA organization expressed their assurance that the project will be implemented over the course of one year in accordance with all established standards and will pay special attention to addressing the healthcare needs of the population.
