هدف وظیفه :

اجرا نمودن معاینه تلوزیونی بالای مریضان مصاب به امراض گرده

مکلیف  و مسئولیت های وظیفوی :

1. اجرای معاینه تلوزیونی دقیق وارایه راپور معاینه تلوزیونی هر مریض
2. ثبت و راجستر نمودن راپور روزمره مریضان مصاب به امراض گرده
3. ترتیب نمودن راپور ماهانه تعداد مجموعی مریضان گرده به شکل گرافیک وستاتستیک
4. ترمیم ومراقبت ماشین التراسوند
5. معاینه نمودن مریضان مرکز همودیالیز که از مرجع مروبطه معرفی شده باشد.
6. ترتیب و ارایه گزارش فعالیت ها به آمر پروژه همودیالیز
7. انجام سایر وظایف مرتبط به وظیفه که از طرف آمر پروژه به وی سپرده میشود.

مواصفات:

1. حد اقل درجه تحصیل متخصص التراسوند
2. تجارب لازمه : دو سال تجربه کاری در رابطه معاینه تلوزیونی داشته باشد.
3. به مهارت های مسلکی رادیولوژی اشنای داشته باشد
4. در تهیه و ترتیب راپور نویشتن مهارت خاص دقیق داشته باشد البته به انگلیسی
5. به زبانهای دری ، پشتو مسلط باشد و به انگلیسی درست نوشته کرده بتواند
6. مهارت های کمپیوتر

ÿ Copy of verified Bachelor Degree by Ministry of Higher Education

ÿ Copy of verified Medical Doctor Degree by Ministry of Higher Education

ÿ Copy of verified Master degree by Ministry of Higher Education 

B. Copy of National Identity Card (Tazkira: Only the pages that show picture and Tazkira number, pages, place of issue and date of issue)
