Training Needs Assessment Meeting Held for Addiction Treatment Program Staff
The Directorate General of Addiction Treatment Program of the Ministry of Public Health held a meeting with officials of the Civil Service Institute to identify and assess the training needs of its staff and strengthen their professional capacity.
Asadullah Haroon, Director of the Civil Service Institute, provided information about the institute’s services and activities. He emphasized the importance of adhering to Islamic and professional ethics, strengthening the institution, and carrying out duties with sincerity and dedication.
Furthermore, Dr. Mohammad Rahim Akbari, Capacity Development Officer of the Directorate General of Addiction Treatment Program, provided information about the health facilities affiliated with the program across the country and thanked the officials of the Civil Service Institute for their cooperation and support in strengthening the capacity of staff.
At the conclusion of the meeting, training needs assessment forms were distributed to staff members of the Directorate General of Addiction Treatment Program to identify their training needs and determine the areas in which they require further training and professional development. The findings of the assessment will be used to inform the design and development of future training programs.
