Over the past year, 4,497 professional personnel have been recruited across various health sectors in Kabul and the provinces of the country

The personnel were recruited through a transparent, fair and competitive process, with 1,720 appointed in Kabul and 2,777 in the provinces to relevant professional positions. The initiative aims to strengthen the country’s health sector, address the shortage of skilled staff, improve the quality of healthcare services, and ensure timely and equitable access to standardized services for citizens.
