هدف وظیفه:

تنطيم تهيه ،نگهداشت، مراقبت و توزيع ادويه و سامان ووسايل طبي  و نظارت و بررسي از چگونگي مصرف ادويه  در شفاخانه

 مسئوليت ها وسعت و بعد کاری:

• اجراي وظيفه  مطابق جدول کاري تنظيم شده. 
• مسوليت جمع آوري ارقام دقيق و به موقع مريضان تحت تداوي مطابق رهنمود ها ، فارمها ولوايح کاري. 
•  رسيدگى به تمام امور پلان شده توسط جراح.
• مراقبت تمام وسايل وسامان الات جراحي.
• تهيه وارايه لست مواد قابل مصرف بخش انستيزي .
• مراقبت وتهيه الماري ضمايم وسايل عاجل دراطاق ريکوري وعمليات خانه .
• تنظيم وتهيه سامان وسايل انستيزي مورد نياز دراطاق ريکوري وعمليات خانه دراوقات ضرورت.

شايستگي ها(  Qualification )   

• داشتن سند دربخش انستيزي و فراغت از انستيتوت علوم صحي.
• داشتن حد اقل یک سال تجربه در بخش انستیزی
• داشتن شخصيت مهربان و خوش برخورد و تسلط بر زبان هاي محلي، تسلط به زبان انگليسي ترجيح داده ميشود.

ÿ Copy of verified Master degree by Ministry of Higher Education 
B. Copy of National Identity Card (Tazkira: Only the pages that show picture and Tazkira number, pages, place of issue and date of issue)
