هدف وظیفه :

 ایفای وظیفه صفاکاری تمام شفاخانه در ساعات رسمی کاری و همچنان پاک کاری و مراقبت از اموال واجناس دفتر طبق دستور و رهنمود.

مسولیت ها:

• ایفای وظیفه صفاکاری برای شفاخانه در ساعات رسمی کاری
• پاکاري وشستن اطاق هاودفتر دهليز هاو محوطه بصورت متواتر درصورت مشاهده کثافات ويا آلوده گي نه به اساس تقسيم اوقات
• پاک کاري ومراقبت از اموال واجناس دفتر طبق دستور ورهنمود
• گزارش واقعات غير مترقبه به مدير اداري يا ساير هيات رهبري شفاخانه به اسرع وقت
• کمک در قسمت بارگيري وتخليه سامان آلات طبي و غیر طبی وترميمات جزيي  وسایل دفتر
• انتقال دادن مواد فاضله و باطله به اساس هدايت مديراداري مطابق به رهنمود اجراات در قسمت مواد فاضله
• مراعات نمودن پاليسي حفظ الصحه شخصي و محيطي
• در صورت ضرورت ايفاي هر وظيفة ديگریکه مطابق به دستور مديریت اداري شفاخانه برایش واگذارگردد.

شايستگي(Qualification )

• قدرت افهام و تفهیم به زبان های مروج ساحه کاری
• کسانیکه حداقل خواندن ونوشتن بتواند ترجیح داده میشود
• صادق، راستکار و نظافت پسند باشد

ÿ Copy of verified Master degree by Ministry of Higher Education 
B. Copy of National Identity Card (Tazkira: Only the pages that show picture and Tazkira number, pages, place of issue and date of issue)
